At Northside Nissan, we ask for customer feedback after every sale. We're very pleased with the results. Here are some recent examples:

I was somewhat reluctant to take my 2006 Pathfinder to a Nissan dealer for a 200,000km service as I was under the impression that the service would cost a lot more than taking it to a non-Nissan mechanic, and it had been a number of years since we had the car serviced.  We soon discovered there was a lot to be done.  James Harris was the service advisor we dealt with on all occasions, even when the car developed a supplementary tyre problem after we had a massive amount of work done on the car.  James' professionalism from start to finish has not only reaffirmed my faith in taking a car to the manufacturer's service team, but his attention to detail and constant communication about how the repairs were progressing was nothing short of outstanding.  He is a credit to the Northside Nissan team, and to the Nissan organisation in general.  I know where our next car is coming from, and I know where our Pathfinder is going for any other repairs until the new car comes on the horizon.  Thank you James, and thank you Northside Nissan - you are truly "THE BEST".

Working with customers I understand that most businesses don't normally receive good feedback but instead dread the annoying negative ones so here it goes:

I brought my Nissan Patrol in for it's airbag recall on the 18th of January 2018 only expecting the mechanics to only test and/or replace the airbags. But as soon as I drove it, I noticed that they replaced my accelerator pedal rubber! I know it's such a small thing, but it's something I noticed and brought a smile to my face.

Then a week later, I realised I wasn't straining my arm to keep my steering from turning left. I work on my own cars (as they could probably tell from my rookie electrical work underneath the hood) and I've honestly been trying to resolve that issue without paying massive $$ for years, and just decided to live with it. So thank you for fixing what ever was making my steering annoy the hell out of me.

This is the FIRST time I have been to a mechanic and I could happily say it was a positive experience. So next time a recall comes, I'll be on the phone much sooner :)

Would just like to applaud the great customer service I received today in your service department, in particular from Kevin. Although it was only a small issue the service team handled immediately (something I was expecting). I have have had my two Nissans serviced at Northside over the last 10 years and have always received great service from Northside but regrettably this is the first time I've sat down and acknowledged their efforts.

"I have just yesterday bought in my 2012 Patrol for a warranty repair, Front oil leaks and belt tensioner issues etc. Nothing too bad. I would just like to take this opportunity to say your staff in service and the workshop, Particularly James and Wayne were absolutely brilliant. I have had warranty issues in the past with previous cars, and have always felt like it was an uphill battle to try to get the manufacturer to honour the warranty.

Wayne and James conducted themselves in an extremely professional manner, and were more helpful than one would normally expect. The issues were resolved quickly and efficiently, and I felt like the advice and service they gave was honest and to the point. This is my work car, so being back on the road was of huge importance for me.

"I am writing to you both to acknowledge and bring to your attention the outstanding sales service both my wife and I have received from one of Wangara based Sales Consultants - Mick Marjanovich.

We first came across Mick at the Joondalup shopping precinct Sunday fortnight ago. his no pressure sales approach impressed me enough to further drive to his yard the following day at look at new Nissan's (that had either 2014 plates or had been hail damaged).

Upon arriving at the Nissan car yard Mick made himself available to answer my queries show me vehicles for sale and assist with inquires about price etc. Again no pressure was applied and in fact his nature and apparent honesty and belief in the Nissan product induced me to place and offer on a hail damaged new Nissan Dualis. The deal was subject to my wife test driving the vehicle the same day. he had no Qualms with that arrangement and indeed encouraged that outcome.

Mick was very courteous to my wife and accompanied her on the test drive. needless to say we confirmed the offer. the vehicle was made ready the following week and again Mick was ready at the appointed time to meet , greet and congratulate us. This was a nice touch. He showed my wife entirely through the car set up her phone to work on blue tooth. Missing was the dash mat that had been ordered but not delivered in time. Mick advised he would deliver to our home once it had arrived.

True to his word that occurred at AM hours today. I buy a lot of new car in fact 5 in the past 8 years. Nissan will get my first vote from this point forward -well done Mick."

"Just a note to say what 1st class service I received yesterday from your staff, and in particular James Johansson. I had my Nissan Pulsar in regarding a factory recall, the reminder text came a couple of days prior to my appointment, on arrival the paperwork was ready, James double checked all my details and advised my car would be ready around 1.30 but could pick up later if that suited me. It did. I enjoyed a lovely coffee while awaiting my pick up ride home.
I received a text advising the car was ready. Later on arrival I was greeted by another member of staff, (who looked up from a phone call to acknowledge me, awesome) then, after the call, handed me the keys and then offered me a 6 month discount voucher for independent BP service stations, nice. On collecting my formally dirty car I found it had had a clean. Talk about under promise and over deliver!

"My vehicle has recently been serviced by your branch and I just want to commend you guys for everything you have done for me. I originally complained about a rattling noise at the driver's door side. The vehicle was given back to me saying that they can't find the noise. After a drive with the workshop manager, the stripping of my car, the workshop called saying that it was a marble rolling around under the carpet. To make it worse, I forgot to pick up my car before 5, I called and the lady at reception was very helpful in supplying my keys back to me so I could get my vehicle and go home.

A situation that could have ended into a nightmare were handled very professionally, friendly, helpful and very patiently by everyone (from the workshop manager to the receptionist). Thank you for the extra mile you went in regards to my vehicle service."
